Buck a Block
We have started the buck a block program again in January. We have 3 different fabric color ways to pick from. This year we will have finishing kits for 1 size quilt only. We will need you to reserve these on a first come first serve basis. We will be asking for a $25.00 deposit if you decide you’d like a finishing kit payable by February 15. The price again this year is $1 each month or $3.00 if you miss a month or if a friend picks up your block. We will also offer this through the mail this year, it will be $4 per month (includes shipping) paid when you sign up, making it a total of $48 for the year, finishing kits will be additional.
Civil War Sundays
When you look over the class schedule you’ll notice a new club we’ve started. It’s called Civil War Sundays. When you sign up and pay for the year you’ll receive 5 patterns free. Each month we’ll pick a project from one of those patterns and make kits. Each pattern has 4 projects on them. We’ll give you a list telling the project we will be kitting each month. Then you’ll be able plan ahead. We thought this would be a great way to learn new techniques and be able to get together and share you love of quilting and civil war fabric! We will meet the fourth Sunday of each month.
Club
This will be in place of the old Thimbleberries club. We’ll still have the quarterly Thimbleberries projects along with kits available. But since we won’t be an “official” Thimbleberries club we’ll be offering additional kits and projects for you to work on and enjoy while getting together with others!
Classes
Class Policy: Class fee must be paid at time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you must cancel, notice must be given one week in advance. Any cancellation after that date will not be refundable. Class Discount: There is a 20% discount on all materials purchased for the class. Discount applies only to those items and fabrics required for the class project. To receive this discount items for class must be purchased during the time frame the class is offered. Parking: When coming for class, please drive around to the back of the shop. You’ll enter the classroom area at ground level. REMINDER -- Before buying your supplies for class, verify the class is going to go. We need five students per class to make it work. To ensure a class goes, talk your friends into taking the class, the more the better.
